Terms of use.

This website is an introductory information and enquiry site. Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking, guarantee a vehicle, companion, appointment, price or service time.

Any transport, companion or other third-party service is subject to separate availability checks, confirmation, applicable terms and relevant legal requirements. The exact role and responsibility of Destino and each service partner must be clearly agreed before a service is confirmed.

Destino is not an emergency medical service, ambulance provider, hospital, veterinary clinic or substitute for professional medical advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

This is starter wording, not legal advice. Have an India-qualified lawyer review and adapt the final terms before launch.
